We met in high school, and our paths kept crossing through mutual friends over the years. We have loved seeing our friendship blossom into love over the past 15 years. Celeste loves that Adam has a quick-witted humor who keeps her laughing. Adam loves that Celeste is a warm-hearted person who always puts others first. Adam works in management at our local electric utility company and is also an adjunct business school professor. Celeste works as an elementary school counselor and is a licensed therapist. Celeste loves trying new recipes and hosting friends and family for gatherings. She also enjoys crafting. Adam enjoys staying active with water skiing, snow skiing, golf, and cycling. He also likes tending to the lawn and is very handy around the house. While we both love traveling and seeing the world, our favorite times are the fun evenings at home together. We share a strong love for family, education, kids, and dogs!

We are fortunate to live near both of our families, all within a 20-minute drive. Our parents are all very excited to absolutely cherish a new baby in the family! Celeste has two sisters, and Adam has a brother and two step-brothers, who live nearby. We enjoy spending time together with our families, and your baby would have nine cousins to make memories with. We love our roles as Aunt Cel and Uncle Adam and can’t wait to add a new one into the fun as parents!

Celeste’s family loves playing games and enjoying time around the dinner table laughing. Adam shares a love for life on the lake with his dad and enjoys golfing with his brother. We love traveling to new places with Adam’s mother and can’t wait to show your baby the world.

We enjoy time with our extended families, especially around the holidays. Family to us means Christmas cookies, Easter egg hunts, and blessings around the Thanksgiving table. We are grateful to have so many aunts, uncles, and cousins cheering us on through all of life’s big moments. We can’t wait to share this overwhelming love we have been so blessed to receive!

We live in a remodeled ranch home nestled on a spacious, one-acre lot. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and located in a great school district. We love living in our suburban community that is just outside of a bustling Midwestern city. We have many beautiful trees on our large lawn that look especially breathtaking in the fall, when their colors start to change. We enjoy spending evenings outside, and our two dogs love having lots of room to run and play in the lawn.

Adoption has always been in our blueprint for our future. Adoption is something woven throughout our story, and we knew early on that we wanted this to be part of how we expand our family. Celeste was adopted at birth as well as her younger sister. Adam’s grandmother was adopted, and our brother-in-law was also adopted. We additionally love spending time with our two adopted nieces, who can’t wait to add another cousin!
