Hi! We are Maci and Luke, and we feel so honored that you would consider us to become the parents of your child. We knew from the beginning of our relationship that adoption would be our path to growing a family, and therefore have been praying for you from the beginning. We pray for your health and that you find peace in this difficult decision. We are so grateful for your courage in pursuing adoption. If we are chosen to become the parents of your child, that child will grow up in a home that values peace, joy, kindness, patience, and serving others.
We are ready to give your child a life steeped in love, honesty and openness. They will know their story from a young age and how much we respect you and your decision. Adoption looks different for every family, but we value your role in your child’s life and welcome an ongoing connection in whatever capacity you feel most comfortable.

Our Story
We love to hike and explore our local area. Luke also trains in jiu jitsu and Maci enjoys her local fitness community. In the evenings, you can find us on long walks together in our neighborhood, playing board games, or on the couch watching movies and TV shows. Luke grew up skiing and we go multiple times a year with our family. Maci is still learning and prefers to go down a few slopes and then head to the lodge to snuggle up with a book! Maci is into all things creative and loves musicals, painting, knitting, and going off-script in the kitchen. We love to serve at our church and that community is very important to us. We give and volunteer there as much as we can. We also love to travel and we do so often! Whether it’s visiting family, ski trips, National Parks, Universal Studios, or trips abroad, we are always looking forward to our next adventure. Our honeymoon in Switzerland was magical!
Our Extended Family
We have been abundantly blessed when it comes to our family and friends! We are both very close to our families and everyone is thrilled that we are adopting. They can’t wait to meet our future baby.
Luke has a big family that includes multiple adopted children! His aunt and uncle’s love for their adopted kids is one reason why he has such a heart for adoption. Luke has three sisters, a brother, and two brothers-in-law! We also just welcomed our first niece, baby Ada, who we are so in love with! Luke’s mom is always looking for a reason to cook and bake for the family.
Maci has a small, tight-knit family in Texas. They love to go on cruises, play games and certainly know their way around a grill! Everyone is a big dog lover in Maci’s family so there are always fluffy pups to hang out with by the pool. Maci’s cousin just had her first baby and we’re so excited that our child will have a built-in friend to play with at family gatherings. Maci’s brother passed away to cancer when he was in his early twenties, but she has two best friends who are like sisters to her!

Our Home
Our neighborhood is full of kids riding bikes, people walking in the evenings, and we have a large community playground and pool down the street that is perfect for hot summer days. We are five minutes from our church, which has one of the best children’s programs around. We love our house and we’ve put so much work into making it a peaceful home! We live in a 2-story, 3-bedroom house with a backyard that our 2 dogs, Chance and Maple, love to play in! Maple is sassy and snuggly and will give you kisses the moment you walk in the door. Chance is a sweetheart and if he’s not chasing a ball in the backyard, he’s looking for a cozy spot on the couch.
Our Journey to Adoption
Luke is my best friend, I can tell him anything and never feel judged. He’s a thoughtful listener and incredibly patient. He puts his family and God before himself at every turn and treats me like a princess. He is a goof who loves to sing in the car and plan vacations. I love knowing our child’s dad will be a strong, Christian role model. - Maci
Maci has a vibrance and sense of humor that permeates everything she does. She loves to sing along to musicals, dance in the kitchen, and crack jokes. But do not let the fun and bubbly part of her fool you; she is also strong and resilient, and loves deeply. She is thoughtful and makes everyone she interacts with feel special. - Luke
