Dear Expecting Mother,
Thank you for taking the time to read our family story. We understand this is a difficult decision and we respect your courage for making it. You are the most important part of this journey. We want you to know that by choosing us as parents, this child would be surrounded by unconditional love, support, and family. This would truly be the greatest gift to our family and we promise to provide the best life possible for the baby.
We met each other 20 years ago in high-school when we were 15 and 16 years old. Even at a young age we immediately knew that we were going to share the rest of our lives together. It wasn't always easy being so young and starting a life together but our love and support for one another has kept us going strong. We worked very hard to achieve both our personal and professional goals which has built a strong foundation for a family.
After a few unsuccessful attempts to have a baby, we decided that we wanted to go through the adoption process as we are very eager to have a child. Your courage is making this possible for us and we are forever grateful for the blessing that you would be bringing into our lives. Your decision to choose us as parents means starting a new chapter of our lives that we have always dreamed of.

Our Story
Our love story started in high school in 2006. Alex was a sophomore and Jasmine was a junior. We shared many mutual friends and often ran in the same circles, however we hadn't had the opportunity to interact. Jasmine always found Alex to be very attractive. She was very curious about her and wanted to spark up a conversation but just didn't have the courage. We shared a good mutual friend, and one day, Jasmine asked to help initiate an introduction. It was almost a perfect scenario, Alex needed a ride to her after-school job, and Jasmine happened to be available to help. From that point on, we were inseparable.
We always found ways to be together. Eventually, we ended up getting the same job position, and we were able to work together. Within the first few months of our relationship, we were blessed to have met our first puppy, Peanut, who was our first true love and responsibility as a young couple. We eventually adopted more dogs which is where our love for animals started.

Our Extended Family
Our family and friends are our biggest supporters. We live minutes away from Alex’s childhood home, where her mother Betty and brother Claude still reside. Alex's mother has been a child support officer for the state for over 30 years. As she nears her retirement, she is looking forward to providing at home assistance for our child. Her brother works from home and is extremely excited to be an uncle again.
Jasmine's mother Kazzandra, and stepfather Chris, reside in Pennsylvania. They visit very often and stay in our home when visiting. They both have flexible schedules which allows them to stay for long periods at a time. These family members will be the strongest influences in our child's life.
We are blessed to have amazing friends who are looking forward to being a part of our child's life. We enjoy group gatherings and cookouts. Alex is amazing with grilling and Jasmine has always had a strong passion for cooking. Combined, we both host cookouts where all of our family and friends gather as they have all known each other for many years.

Our Home
We reside in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in New Hampshire. We were blessed to buy our dream home located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by wonderful neighbors. We have a large fenced-in backyard and a beautiful garden. We have a large finished basement that we envision converting into a playroom and learning center. We live in a wonderful school district. The child would be in the same school district as we were, which is located less than 3 minutes from our home. They would also attend the same high-school where we met each other in 2006.
We have a 23 year old parrot, named Petie and an 11 year old dog, Benjamin, whom we rescued at 6 weeks old. We also recently took in a miniature Goldendoodle named Bentley.

Our Journey to Adoption
One of our favorite adventures together was in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It was the first international vacation we took together. While in the Dominican Republic, we explored all the beautiful and exciting adventures that time allowed. We had the pleasure of swimming with dolphins. We toured a monkey sanctuary. The most memorable adventure was riding ATV's through town. I remember riding past the town school, and seeing all of the children in the school yard. They were all so happy to see tourists.
After our first vacation, we fell in love with traveling. We decided that our next adventure would take us to Jamaica. While there, we booked excursions to tour the country. We went to a beautiful waterfall and climbed all the way to the top. It was a very soulful vacation.
