Our Story
Over the course of our 14 years together, including 3 years of marriage, we've enjoyed a variety of activities. We are Phillies baseball fans and love going down to the ballpark. Football gets lively as Michael supports the Eagles and Jennifer cheers for the Bills.
Both of us enjoy running and are physically active. We like to work outside on the landscaping/ flowers and decorating for the different seasons. There is a little garden on the deck where we grow vegetables. Jennifer sings every Sunday in the church choir and both are strong in their faith. Music is something we enjoy and there are many venues in the area to see concerts.
Jennifer loves to cook from scratch and every weekend she makes homemade meals for the week. We like to go out to diners for breakfast on the weekends and eat out at least one other time. Each year, we have family cooking marathon days that involve making hundreds of pierogis and Christmas cookies. Traditions and food will be plentiful in your baby’s life.

Our Extended Family
Family time is a top priority for us. We both had strong family structures growing up and continue to spend quality time with our family and close friends.
Jennifer is originally from NY and the oldest of two children. Her parents and sister live there along with two nephews and one niece. Michael grew up in PA and is the oldest of three children. He has a brother and sister who live nearby and two nephews and one niece. Michael’s mother lives with his sister. We gather frequently for family dinners and adventures. Jennifer and Michael prioritize making parties and holidays special with themed decorations and food, so the kids have lasting memories.
We have a tight knit circle of friends that are intertwined with the family and are also close with our neighbors across the street. About once a month in the summer, we order crabs from Maryland and have a crab feast with family/ friends.
One very special member of our family is our cat, Lucy. She is very cuddly/ curls up on your lap as soon as you sit and is very “talkative”. She is very good with kids and loves to play.

Our Home
Our home is in a quiet suburb 25 minutes from Philadelphia, PA with easy train access into the city. It is a two-story single-family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room where we spend most of our time. We have a nice-sized yard with a deck off the kitchen.
The street we live on is a cul-de-sac with limited traffic and a neighborhood park. There is also a 2.5-mile bike trail within walking distance of our house. We go for many walks and runs on the trail. It is a very conducive area to play outside and will provide a safe and nurturing environment for your baby.

Our Journey to Adoption
Fun and adventure await! Traveling in the United States and abroad allows us to experience history and culture. Whether it’s London, the Irish countryside, the Caribbean, or Canada, your baby will get to see the world.
One of our favorite places is Wildwood, NJ, which is just 1.5 hours away. We love relaxing in the waves on the beach and strolling along the boardwalk. Sleepy Hollow, NY is a spooky, fun place we visit for fall and Halloween festivities. Annapolis, MD is another frequent travel destination to enjoy life on the Chesapeake Bay . Living near Philadelphia offers endless activities and easy access to nearby states and cities for weekend trips.
