Dear Birthmother,

We want to start by saying thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for considering us as part of your adoption journey. We can only imagine how difficult and emotional this decision must be. We want you to know how much we respect the love and courage it takes to make it.

We are proud parents to a wonderful 2 year old boy we adopted back in 2024. That experience has taught us so much about love, patience and joy of watching a child grow.

We know what a special gift it is to welcome a child into our family. We would bring that same love and commitment to your child. We wish and hope that whatever decision you make brings you peace of mind. We would be honored and consider it a privilege to be chosen for your baby.

Our Story

We have been together for over 10 years and keep learning new things about each other every day. We love to go to baseball games in the summer and basketball games in the winter. We love being in the moment with all that we do as that is what makes the memories so special. We enjoy being homebodies and like to spend time together with each other. Some of our favorite things to do include going on date nights, seeing new movies at the local theater, and trying out new local restaurants. We are excited to grow our family and build new memories and traditions with your child. We look forward to showing them that being with family and creating memories is truly a special thing.

 Our Extended Family

We both grew up in Iowa and much of our families are still here! We love to visit our families every chance we get. Holidays are spent at each family's house, where our brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews all get together to celebrate. The house fills with kids running all over playing and adults talking and catching up. There is never a shortage of food, games and laughter. We are thankful that Nick’s family is so flexible because we then get to celebrate holidays with them too. Double the love and fun! We are excited to bring our child into all of our family fun and we know our families are thrilled to welcome them into all the love and laughter.

 Our Home

We moved into our 3 bedroom home in Iowa in early 2022 and truly knew this house was meant for us as soon as we walked in. When you know, you know and we knew it had been made for us. We love that we have a big lot and room in the backyard to enjoy the summers. It is perfect for running, playing games and for children to be safe while we watch and grill. We both love our home and are excited to turn one of the bedrooms into our child's nursery!

 Our Journey to Adoption

We’ve gone through the adoption once before and have a wonderful and amazing son named Theo. He is an absolute ball of energy and provides endless energy for us. We waited four years in our first adoption journey before we were matched and, despite the long wait, we couldn’t imagine our lives without him now. We’ve wanted to complete our family and provide Theo with a younger sibling to run around with and grow up together. We believe adoption is the perfect way to complete our family.
