Dear Birthmom
Dear Birthmom
Dear Expectant Mother,
We are honored that you took the time to view our profile. We know this decision is not easy, and we can't imagine the courage and bravery it took to get here. We are the proud parents of a little boy whom we adopted almost two years ago. He has been the greatest blessing to our family, and we would love to be able to grow our family through adoption again.
Welcoming another child into our lives would bring us so much joy, and we are ready to embrace the journey of raising another child and building more cherished memories. We know this journey isn't easy, but if you let us, we will be with you and support you through every step of the way.
We hope you'll see that we are a loving and caring family with a large network of support.
Above our son's bed is a picture from his adoption day that shows him and everyone from our family who came to the courthouse that day. We chose this picture because we want him to know that there are so many people who love him, and that there is always someone to support him.
We want you to know that if given this opportunity, we will strive to be the best possible parents and role models for your baby. We will always have their back!
With Love,
Allison and Seth

Our Story
We both work full time, but we have different work schedules, so one of us is usually home with Mason most days of the week. On the days we both work, he spends time with Allison's mom. Mason loves music and being outside, so most of our daily activities involve dancing and singing and doing something outside. He loves the water, so we will go swimming or play with his water table. We go to the park and play on the weekends. Mason loves the children's museum and the zoo, so often on the weekends, we take trips there. We also spend a lot of time with family and will go to Allison's parents' farm or go to dinner with Seth's parents and family.
Our Extended Family
Our support network includes both of our families.
Allison has a twin sister, Ashley, who lives with their parents, Tim and Missy, 15 minutes from our house. She also has a brother who lives in San Diego, but we have been out to visit him a couple of times, and he usually comes home for the holidays. Her parents love spending time with our son. Allison has a pretty large family, with a lot of cousins and nieces and nephews. Her family is very close, and they seem to always be getting together for something!
Seth has a younger brother, Trey, with two children, Kennedy and Alayna, who live about an hour away from our house. Seth's mother and stepfather also live nearby, and love spending time with their grandchildren.

Our Home
Our home is a tri-level 1970s house with four bedrooms in a suburban neighborhood. Our city has a small-town feel but is 30 minutes from the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Our house is in an older, established neighborhood with lots of mature trees that run alongside a creek. The neighborhood has a community pool and a playground that we frequent when the weather is nice. The city we live in offers a great school system with plenty of opportunities for clubs, sports, and academics.
We have one dog, a German Shepherd named Luna. She is a very sweet and loving dog. Our son loves to play with her and throw her toys, and Luna is just as happy with all of his attention.

Our Journey to Adoption
We have already adopted a boy we named Mason. It has been a dream come true! His adoption has been such a positive change in both of our lives.
Mason's adoption process was a rewarding and life-changing experience. We were fortunate enough that Mason's birth mother allowed Allison the opportunity to be involved with her prenatal care appointments and to be bedside at his birth. It created a special bond and friendship, and also allowed his birth mother to be more confident in her placement decision. We still keep in touch with his birth mother and send her pictures and updates about him. She lives a couple of hours away from our house, and we have made visits with Mason for his biological sister's birthday.
