Dear Birthmom
Dear Birthmom
We are writing this letter with full hearts and deep respect for you. Though we may not yet know each other personally, please know that we are thinking of you with compassion, admiration, and love.
The decision you are facing is one of the most selfless and courageous acts a person can make. We cannot begin to imagine the weight of it, but we want you to know that we see you—and we honor the strength, love, and care that brought you to consider this path.
Please know that your baby is already deeply loved. We have so much love in our hearts to give, not only to a child but to you, too. We will always speak of you with love, gratitude, and the utmost respect. Should you choose adoption, your child will grow up knowing how loved and cherished they are by everyone involved in their story—including you.
Our family is built on laughter, warmth, patience, and unconditional love. We’ve dreamed for a long time of growing our family through adoption, and we’ve built a home that is ready to nurture, support, and celebrate a child every single day.
We respect your process and whatever decision you ultimately make. Whether or not we walk this journey together, we hope you feel supported and surrounded by love every step of the way. You are making a decision born from love—a love that we will always honor.
With love, respect, and gratitude,
Evan and Michael

Our Story
We are Evan and Michael! Our story began eleven years ago, and we have been inseparable ever since. After three years of dating, Evan proposed to Michael at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. In 2018 we were married in an intimate ceremony. Evan has always been passionate about helping people, which led him to a career as a pediatric respiratory care practitioner. Michael also works in healthcare as a patient registrar. Evan is kind, caring, and a bit of a goof, always looking to make others smile. Michael is the perfect balance for Evan; he is a planner and a bit more reserved, but he is always up for an adventure. Traveling, seeing movies, and exploring the outdoors are some of our favorite things to do. We treasure spending time with our families, especially playing with our niece and nephews. We look forward to having a child to share these experiences with
Our Extended Family
We are very close with our families. Most of Evan’s family live just a few hours away. Evan gets his kind heart and caring nature from his mom and his goofiness from his dad. Evan is very close to his sister and brother. His sister also lives in Washington with her husband and children. Our niece and nephews are so special to us. We love spoiling and playing with them, gaining us the title of favorite uncles.
Michael’s family lives in Wyoming. Michael’s mom is the most loving person you will meet, and his dad is adventurous, just like his son. His sister also lives in Wyoming. She loves attending concerts and exploring the outdoors. Our baby will be Michael’s parents’ first grandchild, and they cannot wait to spoil them. Michael’s cousin also has a little boy who is excited to have a new cousin to play with.
We love spending time with our family. Evan’s family loves to visit Disney and go on cruises. Every summer we are out in Wyoming with Michael’s family attending Gold Rush Days, a festival put on by Wyoming state parks. Your baby will have no shortage of love as part of our family.

Our Home
Our cozy condo in Western Washington is a warm, welcoming space that truly feels like home. It's filled with natural light, comfortable touches, and plenty of room to relax, play, and grow. We’re lucky to be surrounded by beautiful parks, wooded trails, and playgrounds—perfect for weekend adventures, quiet walks, or family picnics. Our neighborhood is friendly and safe, with a strong sense of community. We’re also located in a top-tier school district, known for its excellent teachers and supportive learning environment. It’s a wonderful place to raise a child, with everything from libraries to local events that help families feel connected and supported.
Our Journey to Adoption
From the very beginning of our relationship, we knew we wanted to have children to share life’s adventures with. Evan has always had a desire to adopt as his mother and aunt were both adopted. He heard and saw firsthand how adoption had blessed his family. Being uncles has been the most amazing and rewarding experience for us and has made our desire to have a family grow even more. After many talks and research, we came to the decision that adoption was the way we wanted to make our dream of having a family come true. We want to give that loving, caring, and supportive family to your baby.
