My Story

My name is Elizabeth and I’m excited to connect with you! I am an adventurous, kind-hearted woman and mother to a joyful three-year-old son. Parenthood has changed my life! There is nothing I love more than being a mom! In addition to loving motherhood, I enjoy reading, painting, exercise, and spending time outdoors. My son is enrolled in music lessons, a kids gym and stays busy with many day to day activities. I am committed to giving him a full and enriching life!

Other things I love are cooking, restaurants, traveling, socializing & entertaining at home to experience life to its fullest! My friends know I am a warm, generous person who loves enjoying life and bringing joy to others!

Professionally, I am the owner of a successful business. My business affords me financial freedom and an amazing life! I can’t wait to embark on this new chapter with a baby!

 My Extended Family

I have a small extended family with distant relatives I do not keep in regular contact with. Family has always been very important to me but my closest family has mostly been my friends. I’m fortunate I have many wonderful, compassionate friends whom I call my family. They’ve played a huge part in my life throughout the years.

I was in a ten year relationship with the father of my son. Although that relationship didn’t work out, I learned a lot and have a clearer picture of what I want for myself and my children. I would love to have a big, blended family with a husband who has children and relatives to become a close part of my life and my children’s lives. I have faith that this will happen for me and I’m excited to have the opportunity to build my own loving family through adoption!

I want to emphasize that my friends are a huge part of my extended family. I’ve never celebrated a holiday alone! Many years I’ve spent holidays with friends and their children who I consider family. It is this positive and loving environment your precious baby will become a part of!

 My Home

My son and I live in a cozy home in Arizona. We have a beautiful, fully-gated pool that we use during the warmer months and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows during the winter.

We live in a beautiful community with friendly neighbors and a park right across the street. After school, we ride bikes to the park very frequently. There are several restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance of our home.
There are many great schools in the area and lots to do. We participate in many community activities to take advantage of our wonderful community.

We have two cats who play an important role in our family too! My son loves our cats and gives them pets and cuddles every day!

 My Journey to Adoption

I want to adopt for many reasons. I’ve seen the inspiring power of adoption in others’ lives. I believe if one has the time, resources, and love, adopting is a profoundly meaningful path. Despite being single and in my forties, I’ve made my decision to not let those things hinder my future. I’m completely dedicated to building a family-centered life through adoption and I know I can provide the emotional nurturing and material care needed to raise a child, even as a single mother. I would hope that I meet someone who would serve as a father figure down the line but even in my current situation, I’m completely committed to this path and feel it’s the right thing for me!
